ZERO TOLERANCE: For Reckless Hits

Contact with the neck, head, or back of a player must not be tolerated. A penalty that is simple, with consequence strong enough to shape a player's behavior is needed. Sit the player for the game if they make this type of contact.
Let the children that follow the rules play.
